(my replies are flipped around) you also have to have the link cord plugged into the comp cord all the way and to your calc make sure your calc is on the blank flashing cursor home screen when you send a file

If you havent had this question answered yet then i will answer it
first make sure all the software that came with it is installed
then download a game off the internet or floppy etc.
now click on the file you want to send to your calc with the right mouse button for the menu
click "SEND TO CONNECTED TI DEVICE" and it should send it
PS: I also have an SE

Also, make sure that you've extracted the game from the zip file it came in.

I suggest you go to a friend who has games on their calculator. If you link them with the chord, press the link button, and have one calculator send a program, and one recieve it (u will understand what i mean if u link them) you can get all the games everyone else has

then you can't have any of the cool new games, you'd have to wait for someone else to get it first
