Before the Kevtiva site was down, it said how you could permanently edit protect a ti-83+ basic program, so that it would reset your mem if you tried to edit it. I also found that you could do it by changing the size of the program in a hex editor. In kevtiva they used memedit. It is down right now. Does anybody know how to do it or where i can get a cache of the site. Anybody know how to do it in a hex editor.

Yeah... me too... I just joined here because this seems to be the only thing left of kevtiva. The www.ikevtiva.com site has been taken over by a search portal. What happened to it? And, like scottypres said, where can I download an archive of the site? Or will it go back up?

I heard that one of the mods here grabed a copy of the site before it went down! I wonder where and when they will host it...

Feamster got the cache and I had a copy too, I lost my copy when my jackass pc repair partner reformatted my server's hd and I'm not sure what happened to Feamster's copy.

You know i had completely forgoten about it. I still have a copy and you know what, its still intact (for the most part, it has an odd link structure, so I wont know till I get it up on a server). I would be glad to bring the site back, but were gona need a coupple things first (server, control of the domain name)......
(btw im starting a new thread on this)
