In an program, how do you save variables to lists so that the user can't tamper with the info and what about strings or matrices?

Storing to a list: {1,2,3,4,5}->L1 Storing to a list element: 5.6->L1(3) Storing to a string: "ABCDEFG"->Str1 Storing to a matrix: [[1,2,3][4,5,6][7,8,9]]->
Storing to a matrix element: 4->(2,3)
I don't use matrices that much, though. Lists are perfectly fine for storing program data.
See the user manual for additional list/matrix/string operations.

okay..first off, i don't think you can hack standard 18 byte variables, second...if you do it like mog said..it's easy to hack...the best way is to do take what mog said, but you gotta encrypt it..i'm not gonna post my semi-uncrackable encryption engine cause that'll make it easy for everybody to hack the save files in the final release of techbattle....but if you have aim add me to your buddy list (My screen name is DudeKnockItOff) and send me an im when you're on..i'll give you my encryption engine and explain how it works then
